Does Primal Health take health insurance?
No. Primal Health is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept or bill insurance. However, we do provide invoices and documentation you can submit to your HSA/FSA or insurance provider.

How much does the program cost?
Pricing varies depending on the medication prescribed, dosage, and length of treatment. Most monthly programs range from $299–$599 and include provider support and medication shipping.
Are GLP-1 medications FDA-approved?
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are FDA-approved for weight loss and diabetes. However, we prescribe compounded versions from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies for eligible patients, which are not individually FDA-approved.
Is this program safe?
Yes. Our programs are overseen by licensed healthcare providers who review your medical history and labs to ensure safe prescribing. We do not treat patients who are not medically eligible.
Will I meet with a provider?
Yes. You will have a video or phone consultation with a licensed provider before you are approved for any medications.
How long will I be on the medication?

Can I stop the medication at any time?

What happens if I miss a dose?
